House Renovations Are Complete!

Renovations to the Mu Delta chapter residence are finally complete.

Over two years of combined efforts by key alumni have resulted in the successful completion of the combined sprinkler system installation and house renovation project. Our Certificate of Occupancy was granted by the Fire Marshall of the City of Auburn on August 17, 2009. Just in time for the first day of Fall Semester, 2009, the project is complete and brothers have moved back into the renovated residence after a year of no occupancy. The Mu Delta Housing Corporation is delighted to present the renovated residence to all brothers, alumni, family and friends.

While the work has been significant and provided a learning experience for the both the Housing Corporation and the Chapter, the results speak for themselves. In short, Mu Delta has a new house in a historic structure that will last for years to come. Our house has always had character; yet that character now shines in a restored glory not visible for decades. We welcome you to experience the next generation in the history of 319 North College.

Please visit the Mu Delta website for an overview of the renovation project and to view pictures of the construction and final product. We will be sending a further communication in the coming days with details of our official ribbon-cutting ceremony and dedication. Please stay tuned and join us in celebrating a new chapter in the history of Mu Delta.

Special thanks to brothers Steve Reeves and Brad Ringer for the many hours, resources, sweat, and dedication provided to this project. Your contribution has been invaluable, and deserves the utmost gratitude of all brothers and alumni.

War Eagle!
